Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations, to design and deliver robust integrations between HRIS systems and Remote's employment infrastructure. You will own data mapping, auth flows, and end-to-end integration reliability across multiple countries, working with APIs and partner APIs.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, design, GTM, sales, and customer success to translate customer problems into scalable data flows and measurable outcomes for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Integration Architecture & Design: lead deep-dive technical discovery into APIs; map data flows and authentication across global jurisdictions.
• Customer-Led Prioritization based on needs, impact, feasibility and complexity.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration between engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales and partners.
• Quality & Reliability: ensure data accuracy, error handling, observability and supportability in real workflows.
• Measure Integration Impact: define KPIs for performance and outcomes.
• Drive Product Feedback: convert learnings into actionable improvements for APIs and product.
