Job summary

Irving Materials, Inc. seeks an HR Systems and Integrations Specialist to serve as the primary architectural bridge for our HR tech ecosystem.

You will align HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations, ensuring flawless data flows across UKG Pro and multiple integrations while prioritizing the people behind the data. You will lead the optimization of UKG Pro, manage critical integrations with TrackIt, Businessolver, IFS Cloud, and other systems, and drive secure, scalable processes that Improve

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years hands-on UKG Pro experience.
• Experience documenting integrations and workflows for sustainability and training.
• Proven track record managing integrations between HCM and ERP systems (IFS Cloud) or time-keeping tools (TrackIt).
• Proficient in UKG BI (Cognos) and advanced Excel."
• Experience with Web Services, APIs, ETL, or XML/XSLT is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and map HR data flows between UKG Pro, IFS Cloud, TrackIt, and BusinessSolver.
• Lead deployment of new UKG modules and biannual feature releases.
• Audit data integrity and develop SQL/BI reports to support decision making.
