Job summary

Sharing Excess is seeking an HR Generalist, Recruiting to lead full-cycle recruitment across all hubs and departments, from warehouse and driver roles to leadership positions. You will also backfill HR operations tasks and onboarding, ensuring a values-driven candidate experience from first contact to first day.

In this role you will partner with hiring managers to define needs, maintain ATS/HRIS data, report recruiting metrics, and support annual hiring plans, with occasional travel to hub

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Experience with high-volume hourly hiring and professional or salaried searches.
• Working knowledge of onboarding, I-9s, HRIS, and employee relations basics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across all hubs and departments.
• Source candidates via job boards, community partners, colleges, and referrals with a local focus.
• Manage high-volume hourly hiring for warehouse, driver, and operations roles, plus professional searches.
• Coach managers on structured, inclusive interviewing and compliance.
