Job summary

Keeper is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our People Team. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and supports the full employee lifecycle by implementing and administering HR programs and policies across HR, payroll, benefits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate and support people processes and initiatives with a focus on continual improvement and a positive employee experience
• Own and manage the full-cycle new hire onboarding process including:
• preparing candidate offer letters
• coordinating candidate vetting and pre-employment screening
• updating the new hire and stock option trackers
• adding employees to ADP
• organizing and conducting new hire orientation (US, Japan, Canada, Australia and/or any additional EOR countries added)
• refreshing HR and IT onboarding materials for all locales
• administering onboarding surveys, supporting 30/60/90-day check-ins (including a documented 90-day written review)
• Own and coordinate the monthly performance management process, including tracking, rollout, follow-ups, approving reviews, sending anniversary review emails, and notifying managers about promotion actions
• Process employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, leave and terminations, by maintaining accurate HRIS and ADP records, creating Jira tickets (new hires, terms and leaves) and updating stock option issuance trackers
• Conduct our monthly dual employment audit and coordinate related follow-up
• Collaborate with the People Team on HR metrics, reporting and data requests while maintaining accurate employee lifecycle
