Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and HR programs across locations. This role partners with the People Team to administer onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance, while driving employee engagement and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years HR experience, strong HRIS/ATS skills, and the ability to work across time zones. A hybrid setup is offered for candidates near Chicago, IL and globally remote work is

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience focusing on payroll, benefits and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems; MS Excel and GSuite skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, compliance and HRIS data accuracy.
• Manage timecards, audits, reporting and HR metrics with data accuracy.
• Provide employee relations support and coaching to managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and EOR partners internationally.
• Promote a positive employee experience and assist with HR projects.
