Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across multiple locales. You will implement HR programs, administer payroll and benefits, maintain HRIS records, and collaborate with the People Team to ensure compliant, efficient processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in HR, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving, including the use of AI tools to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in HR roles focusing on payroll, benefits and compliance.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support full cycle onboarding, including offer letters, screening, stock option trackers and onboarding surveys.
• Coordinate monthly performance management, reviews, and notifications to managers.
• Maintain HRIS/ADP records and update stock option trackers and Jira tickets.
• Conduct monthly dual employment audits and support HR metrics reporting.
• Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and training activities.
