You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while contributing to broader HR duties. Experience with ATS and HRIS, and ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR with emphasis on full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interviewing and sourcing skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
• Written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
