Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote HR Generalist focused on Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing e-commerce company. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere while collaborating with teams across regions, including Queenstown and the Eastern Cape.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, strong ATS proficiency, and a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding in a remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with South African labor law as it pertains to recruitment.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
• Experience in a fully remote role is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various open positions across the organization.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Maintain the ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Assist with other HR generalist duties as needed.
