Job summary

Egroup Us is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our cross-division operations across the U.S. This role partners with the EVP of Operations to provide day-to-day HR support, ensure employee lifecycle processes, compliance tracking, and HRIS integrity.

The ideal candidate will work independently in a remote role, offering policy guidance to managers and contributing to a positive employee experience while handling complex employee relations and multi-state compliance matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, benefits, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters with good judgement.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, training compliance tracking, and IT/payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records and documentation in BambooHR.
• Assist with employee communications, policy updates and routine HR notices.
• Support managers with coaching and performance improvement conversations, escalating complex matters to leadership.
• Assist in documenting employee relations matters accurately and confidentially.
