Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our remote-friendly team. The role centers on employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and performance management, with a strong emphasis on California employment law and compliance.

You will partner with senior HR leadership to support multiple regions while maintaining confidential records in our HRIS. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR generalist experience, including CA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Experience supporting California employees with wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, and compliance.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines: compensation, organizational design, employee/union relations, and employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; maintain handbook.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings; manage HRIS records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
