Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California in a remote role. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance across multiple states, with a strong emphasis on CA wage and hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, and PAGA exposure.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including CA-specific experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Working knowledge of CA wage and hour rules (meal/rest periods, overtime, final pay), CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in policy development and implementation; maintain employee handbook.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
