Job summary

InteLogix is seeking an HR Generalist to support California-focused and other multi-state HR operations remotely. This role partners with senior HR leadership to manage employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, training, and compliance across designated regions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR generalist roles, strong CA wage-hour knowledge, and proficient use of HRIS and MS Office. Remote work is available for qualified candidates in listed states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
• California wage-and-hour laws, CFRA/PDL, and PAGA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and update policies and the employee handbook.
• Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct new employee orientations and write/revise job descriptions as needed.
• Assist in HR investigations and ensure compliance with laws.
