Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our designated regions with a primary focus in California. You will manage employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation and compliance across multiple states while working remotely.

The role requires 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, strong CA wage/hour knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. This is a full-time, exempt position offering benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of CA wage and hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave and compliance.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR policy development and employee handbook maintenance.
• Manage employee relations, onboarding, performance management and investigations.
• Support HR compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate reports for management.
