Job summary

Choice Healthcare Services is seeking a Remote HR Generalist for a 6- to 9-month assignment. You will support employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, and HR programs across the organization.

We welcome remote candidates located in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Colorado. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR Generalist roles, HRIS experience (Paylocity a plus), and strong communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Experience with HRIS (Paylocity a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on day-to-day employee relations matters.
• Support workplace investigations, interviews, findings, and recommendations.
• Advise on performance management and policy interpretation.
• Support HR programs, engagement initiatives, and compliance.
• Maintain confidential employee documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team on priorities.
