CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a HR Generalist for a temporary 6-9 month assignment. The role provides hands-on HR support remotely to leaders and employees, covering employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, and HR programs.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration, and are comfortable supporting a remote workforce across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience (required).
• Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees on day-to-day employee relations matters.
• Support workplace investigations, including interviewing and documenting findings.
• Provide guidance on performance management, policy interpretation, and employee concerns.
• Support performance reviews, terminations, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR programs.
• Assist with HR compliance and consistent application of policies and practices.
• Maintain confidential employee documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects and priorities as needed.
