CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist for a temporary, remote assignment of 6–9 months. You will support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR programs across the organization.

Remote candidates in CA, NV, AZ, NM, or CO are welcome. Join a collaborative HR team focused on continuous improvement, partner with leaders, maintain confidential employee documentation, and help ensure policy consistency.

Competenze

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and performance management.

Mansioni

• Partner with leaders on day-to-day employee relations matters.
• Support workplace investigations, including gathering information, conducting interviews, documenting findings, and assisting with recommendations.
• Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action, policy interpretation, and employee concerns.
• Support performance reviews, terminations, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR programs.
• Assist with HR compliance and the consistent application of company policies and practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects and operational priorities as needed.
