Job summary

Oro Mobility is seeking a Mobility HR Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of the HR team, supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations.

You will partner with the Mobility HR Manager to deliver a positive employee experience, maintain accurate records, and ensure processes stay organized and compliant. The role requires 1–3 years in HR or admin support and familiarity with HRIS/ATS in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in HR, admin support, or customer-facing coordination.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent HR/administrative experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the Mobility HR Manager and market operations team.
• Own and execute market-specific compliance program administration.
• Serve as process owner for regulatory workflows and vendor coordination.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting events and staffing.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and assist with offers.
• Assist with new hire onboarding activities and system access.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain local trackers, dashboards, and reports for market health and metrics.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and workplace communications.
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
