Job summary

Albertina Kerr is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to be the first point of contact for the HR department, handling inquiries, onboarding, and daily transactions. The role combines remote work with occasional travel to our offices and requires knowledge of agency policies and employment laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer literacy and ability to learn HRIS quickly.
• Ability to obtain DHS QED status.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and HR transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for the HR department.
• Handle inquiries and HR transactions, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate start dates with candidates and Training department.
• Enter new hire, payroll, and employee data into HRIS; prepare ID badges.
• Generate HR reports for stakeholders.
