Job summary

HR Pals, an Allvia Company, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a group of client accounts remotely from the United States. You will partner with HR Managers to manage onboarding, payroll processing, employee documentation, benefits administration, and responses to employee questions.

The successful candidate is detailed, communicates well, and can influence client leaders in a matrix environment. Remote role requires living in PST, MST, or CST time zones with flexible hours and quick client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field with at least 1 year of HR, payroll, or client-facing experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to influence leaders in a matrix environment.
• Proven track record building relationships with client groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations for each client including onboarding, payroll processing, documentation, benefits administration, and changes.
• Serve as a hands-on HR expert and partner with client employees and HR Managers.
• Provide guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and state/federal regulations.
• Assist with employee relations, performance issues, and compliance to minimize risk.
