You will communicate with applicants and employees, support HR operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teammates to keep processes efficient and compliant with CA labor laws.

Qualifications

• Entry-level HR support role requiring organization, confidentiality, and remote collaboration.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or HR support is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace is expected.
• Candidate should be able to work independently within a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, applicant tracking, and recruitment coordination.
