Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle. You will serve as a first contact for HR inquiries, coordinate recruiting and onboarding, and ensure data integrity across HR operations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in HR Operations, coordination or recruiting coordination.
• Experience supporting both recruiting coordination and onboarding/HR operations.
• Hands-on Workday experience including data management and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless support across candidate and employee lifecycle.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and guidance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: interviews, travel, virtual hiring.
• Support onboarding with new hire docs, offer audits, and IT coordination.
• Maintain employee records with data integrity and compliance.
• Provide Tier 1–2 HR support to employees and managers.
• Create and maintain HR resources: policies, guides, FAQs.
• Collaborate with HR partners and CoEs on projects and improvements.
• Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.
• Drive continuous improvement for candidate and employee experiences.
