Job summary

Crowe in Austin, TX is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle. You will partner with business leaders to assess requirements, ensure compliant engagement models, and guide classifications.

You will collaborate with Legal, Talent, and Finance to manage SOWs, onboarding, extensions, terminations, and offboarding, maintain audit-ready records, and drive process improvements for a scalable contingent workforce program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, legal studies, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Experience owning the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional HR/compliance certification preferred.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce needs and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead worker classification assessments and consult on complex determinations with Legal and HR Compliance Leader.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions in Workday with accurate engagement details.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely engagement with required approvals and documentation.
• Maintain active, approved agreements and SOWs; manage extensions, terminations, and offboarding.
• Maintain audit-ready records and monitor compliance across engagement lifecycle.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle procedures, controls, and reporting.
