Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor lifecycle. You will partner with business leaders to assess workforce needs, ensure compliant engagement models, and manage classifications, SOWs, onboarding, and terminations across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5–7+ years progressive HR compliance or contingent workforce management experience.
• Must have owned or directly overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional certification in HR/compliance (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR/CCEP) preferred.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead worker classification assessments, distinguishing contractor engagements from employees.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely engagement with required approvals and documents.
• Ensure contractor engagements have active agreements and SOWs; manage extensions and terminations.
• Maintain accurate start/end dates, renewal milestones, and approvals; engage leaders for extensions or terminations.
• Manage compliance obligations, documentation, policy/training requirements, and worker status changes.
• Coordinate offboarding with stakeholders and ensure record closure.
