Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to oversee the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle. You will partner with leaders to determine engagement models, classifications, and ongoing compliance obligations while maintaining accurate records and driving process improvements.

The role collaborates with Talent, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure compliant engagement across the organization and to support audits and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or contractor management experience.
• Experience owning the contractor management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce needs and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead classification assessments and consult Legal on complex determinations.
• Manage approved requisitions and align with Workday workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding, extensions, and terminations with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate engagement records and support audits and remediation.
