Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle. You will partner with business leaders to assess requirements, classification, and compliant engagement models, coordinating with Talent, Legal, and Finance to manage requisitions, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding.

This role emphasizes risk monitoring and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Experience owning the contractor management lifecycle.
• Certifications in HR or compliance preferred.
• Experience in professional services or multinational organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Document worker classifications and consult on complex determinations with Legal and HR Compliance.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliant SOWs and approvals.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements and SOWs.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle procedures and drive risk-based improvements.
