Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to oversee the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle in Dallas, TX. You will partner with leaders to assess requirements, classify workers, and ensure compliant engagement models.

The role requires 5–7+ years of HR compliance experience, Workday proficiency, and a strong emphasis on governance, risk reduction, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Experience owning or overseeing contractor management lifecycle.
• HRIS or workforce management systems experience.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments in collaboration with Legal and HR Compliance leadership.
• Create and manage job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday with accurate details.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth process and timely start.
• Ensure all contractor engagements have active, approved agreements and SOWs; manage extensions and terminations as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements, and SOWs; support audits and remediation.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle procedures and controls; drive compliance across units.
