Job summary

You will conduct audits, investigate issues, and deliver training to employees and management to uphold ethical and legal standards within a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or labor law.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment equity regulations.
• Experience conducting audits and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
