Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Aviation Compliance Officer to uphold regulatory adherence across global operations. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while ensuring aviation activities comply with national and international rules.

You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide guidance to teams in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in aviation compliance, safety management or regulatory affairs.
• Deep knowledge of aviation regulations, SMS and QA principles.
• Experience in audits, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain aviation compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure regulatory adherence (FAA, EASA, SACAA).
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures accordingly.
• Investigate deviations, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training on aviation compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate inspections and address concerns.
