Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations in a fully remote capacity. You will shape and execute HR strategies, oversee talent management, compensation, benefits, and compliance across a distributed workforce while fostering a strong, inclusive culture.

The role requires strategic thinking, remote leadership experience, and a track record of aligning HR with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR Management or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies for remote or distributed workforce.
• Knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs for a remote workforce.
• Manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
