Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of South African labor laws and employment equity principles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities suitable for a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across various HR functions.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS.
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and relevant labor legislation.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
