• Five to ten years in internal communication/employee engagement in HR and benefits communications.
• Experience in consulting firms or large complex organisations.
• Strong client-facing and content development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts and develop bespoke internal communication plans.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and multimedia specialists.
• Create emails, brochures, games, videos, and websites for campaigns.
• Manage comprehensive project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure deliverables meet client vision and quality standards.
• Provide advice on leading communication techniques and trends.
• Balance multiple projects under tight deadlines.
