Qualifications

• Five to ten years of specialist experience in employee benefits communications, HR and total rewards communications, in a consulting firm or agency.
• Proactive and independent work ethic.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with polished presentations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines under tight schedules.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and Dallas office.

Responsabilités

• Lead client accounts and deliver sophisticated total compensation, benefits and HR communications strategies.
• Create and execute bespoke communication plans for diverse client portfolios.
