Job summary

Payward is seeking a sharp communications professional to shape how change lands across the company. This 100% remote role reports to the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement and collaborates with the People Team to drive global employee engagement.

We value 5+ years in internal communications and HR-focused change programs, with outstanding writing and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s in Communications or Journalism is preferred, and a hands-on mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in internal communications and change management, preferably with a tech company.
• Experience working with HR and delivering HR-focused change communications.
• Superior written and oral communication skills with a laser eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communications and change lead focused on supporting our global People team and related employee programs.
• Create and execute internal communications strategies to support business and organizational changes, new program launches, and engagement with existing Payward offerings.
• Plan, produce, and promote employee-focused content, including videos, presentations, internal messages, and events.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of communications and change management strategies, and calibrate as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve communications and change management efforts at team, function, and company levels.
• Ensure People team and other functional communications are aligned with Payward’s brand voice and global internal communications strategy.
• Collaborate with leaders on central and west-coast US timezone daily.
