Segal is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Communications, to lead high-impact client work in employee benefits and total rewards. You will shape strategy and craft engaging content, delivering AI-enabled communications across digital, print, and in-person channels.

The role requires deep consulting experience, credibility, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders. You will manage engagements end-to-end, from scope to profitability, while expanding opportunities, responding to RFPs,

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience designing and implementing employee benefits, total rewards or change management communications in a consulting or related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of health, retirement and total rewards programs with ability to simplify complex information.
• Hands-on experience with digital and AI-enabled communications and analytics.
• Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills with credibility across audiences.
• Proven client account management and revenue-generation experience including proposals and budgets.
• Strong business acumen, project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365; knowledge of Asana preferred.
