Job summary

Team Up is hiring a remote HR Assistant to support an established telecommunications company serving UK clients. You will administer the employee lifecycle, handle documentation and HR data, and work with the HR team to maintain compliance and data integrity.

The role starts remotely with a transition to a hybrid setup after a few months, collaborating with managers and employees across the international network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or HR coordination.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Basic knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection; able to handle confidential info.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, appraisals, promotions, transfers and leavers.
• Prepare and issue HR documents, including contracts and amendments.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
• Support internal recruitment administration and onboarding documentation.
• Act as first point of contact for routine HR queries from employees and managers.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, including pay reviews, inductions and policy updates.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
