Job summary

World Market is seeking a remote HR Support Associate based in California to serve as the first point of contact for associates. You will handle routine HR questions via phone and email, troubleshoot HR systems, and assist with data entry and audits.

A 1-2 year track record in high-volume customer service is preferred. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with the HR team to escalate issues and ensure confidentiality while supporting Home Office, DC, and Field associates across

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment (call center or retail).
• Familiarity with HR systems and basic HR transactions or processes.
• Ability to assess issues and determine escalation protocols.
• Strong customer service orientation and able to support non-technical users via phone/email.
• Comfortable sharing knowledge with the HCM team and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support Home Office, DC, and Field associates via email or phone on routine HR questions.
• Resolve or escalate HR system related inquiries and provide basic training for HR transactions and password resets.
• Partner with HR to hand off associate relations cases or escalation issues.
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance with state and federal law.
• Assist with routine audits and data entry tasks in HR systems.
