Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of multi-country HR practices across EMEA.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Take ownership of escalated HR cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Handle sensitive conversations professionally, de-escalating concerns and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
