Job summary

Outsource Access seeks a part-time remote HR Recruiter to support US-based senior care providers. You will source, screen, and schedule candidates, manage workflows, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling from a home office.

Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential for success across calls, video meetings, and team collaboration. You’ll work about 20 hours per week during US business hours, leveraging WorldSky CRM, Google Workspace, and Office tools to keep candidate records

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of US HR policies and recruitment workflows.
• Excellent spoken and written English for calls, video meetings, and collaboration.
• Familiarity with HIPAA data privacy standards is a major plus.
• Ability to navigate CRMs and common office software with ease.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule caregiving and admin talent for US clients.
• Manage applicant workflows and maintain compliant documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and data privacy standards in all processes.
• Serve as a warm, professional voice in inbound/outbound candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records in WorldSky CRM and internal systems.
