Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and solution architecture guidance to our channel partner community across North America, focused on HPE Aruba platforms. The role involves enabling partners, driving technical sales engagements, and architecting resilient infrastructure solutions that accelerate pipeline growth and opportunities closure.

You will collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, partner managers, and engineers to deliver

Qualifications

5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence technical and business decision-makers and lead discussions with engineers, IT leaders, and executives.
Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a customer-focused approach.
Industry certifications related to networking solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical sales engagements from discovery, architecture design, sizing and workload assessment to demonstrations and migration planning.
Architect and design HPE Aruba solutions in collaboration with Arrow and partner teams.
Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams.
