Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or account management; insurance/ housing experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lease extensions and housing support for displaced policyholders.
• Manage communications with adjusters, landlords, and policyholders.
• Track extensions, approvals, and costs within ALE guidelines.
• Monitor lease expirations to prevent service interruptions.
• Resolve in-stay service requests and coordinate vendor solutions.
• Document all actions in internal systems with accuracy.
