Sedgwick is seeking a Housing Support Specialist to coordinate lease extensions and housing support for displaced policyholders. You will act as a liaison among adjusters, landlords, and insureds to ensure uninterrupted housing and a high level of service.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous record keeping, and the ability to handle multiple extensions and service requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2+ years in leasing, property management, customer service, or account management; real estate/insurance housing experience preferred.
• Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization, attention to billing accuracy, and ability to manage multiple extensions and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage lease extensions and housing support for displaced policyholders.
• Maintain clear communication with adjusters, landlords, and policyholders.
• Monitor lease expirations and coordinate extensions with landlords and vendors.
• Resolve in-stay service requests, including furniture exchanges and maintenance.
• Document communications and update client ledgers; ensure billing accuracy.
• Escalate risks and service delays with ownership and urgency.
