Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing, revenue-generating role.
• Experience selling or managing accounts in hospitality/SaaS/technology space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close sales opportunities with clients (renewals, cross-sells, up-sells).
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Forecast and manage personal revenue pipeline; set aggressive revenue goals.
• Penetrate targeted North American accounts with action plans.
• Monitor sales activity and maintain accurate pipeline data.
