Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Solutions Consultant for our Hospitality Cloud to help demonstrate our software, drive new business, and collaborate across teams in Tysons, Virginia.

You will work with the Sales Executive team to train new hires, build the pipeline, support customers throughout the sales cycle, and conduct online and onsite product demonstrations. Strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and scheduling
• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple teams
• Experience using Salesforce.com and Zoom or similar tools
• Experience supporting sales teams and demonstrations to customers

Responsibilities

• Run product training with Sales Executives for new hires and transfers
• Identify new business opportunities and help build the product pipeline
• Assist sales reps throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate with customer success to address usage issues and opportunities
• Demonstrate the value of the platform during online and onsite demos
• Develop relationships over the phone and manage schedules effectively
• Flexibility to adjust schedule for demos and meetings
• Communicate clearly and listen actively across teams
• Manage multiple projects independently and stay organized
• Collaborate with other teams to support customers
