Job summary

Leggett & Platt Flooring Products is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the Tred-MOR Hospitality group. This remote role focuses on developing opportunities within the hospitality and commercial construction sectors, qualifying leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and updating stakeholders on project status.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience negotiating terms and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing new hospitality and commercial opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities through stakeholder outreach and product specification understanding.
• Reach out to project contacts via calls and email to identify decision makers.
• Collaborate with internal sales and support teams.
• Document all communications in the CRM and manage opportunities through PO.
• Provide feedback to improve the CRM platform.
