Source is redefining hospitality procurement with an AI-native platform, seeking a Business Development Manager – Hospitality. You will identify and close opportunities across the U.S., travel for in-person meetings, and expand national client relationships with owners, PMs, architects, and designers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in outbound hospitality BD, strong industry networks, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals while managing a full pipeline in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of recent business development experience in hospitality outbound role.
• Existing relationships within hospitality procurement ecosystem to open doors quickly.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build a pipeline from lead to close.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with presenting to clients and teams.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sales motion from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Engage in consistent cold calling to build new pipeline and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings with key decision makers; tailor pitches to client needs.
• Maintain Salesforce records; manage multiple accounts through pipeline stages.
