Source is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – Hospitality for a nationwide U.S. role. This remote, full-time position involves significant travel for in-person meetings, industry events, and conferences.

You will generate and close opportunities, leverage an existing hospitality network, and manage accounts while expanding Source’s footprint in commercial procurement. You’ll uphold Salesforce hygiene, chase weekly activity targets, and cultivate relationships with owners,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outbound business development in hospitality or related sectors.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales motion from lead to close.
• Schedule and lead meetings with key decision makers in hospitality.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce activity and opportunity tracking weekly.
• Build long-term relationships with owners, PMs, architects, and designers in hospitality procurement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer goals and metrics.
