Qualifications

• ITIL knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide analysts; serve as team lead as assigned by management.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
• Serve as liaison for computer vendors, physicians, and other facilities during implementation and maintenance of assigned systems.
• Contribute to quality assurance reviews and ensure reliable system performance.
