Job summary

University Hospitals, a leading health system in the United States, seeks an experienced Epic Senior Application Analyst for Hospital Billing. This remote role will design, configure, test, and implement Epic modules, leading cross-functional teams to optimize billing workflows.

You will mentor peers, drive testing strategies, and coordinate with IT and clinical departments to ensure successful deployments and sustainable system improvements. Epic Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, configuring, testing and maintaining Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing and implementation of Epic Hospital Billing workflows.
• Collaborate with reporting teams to gather requirements and design improvements.
• Mentor analysts, conduct functional and integrated testing, and ensure security and access controls.
• Manage projects across the lifecycle from scoping to deployment and support.
• Provide 24x7 on-call rotation support and maintain PHI security.
