Cedars-Sinai in the United States is seeking a Patient Financial Services professional to provide customer-focused support, identify and resolve inquiries, and follow up on accounts to secure payment and resolution. You will work within revenue cycle policies, deescalate issues, and communicate clearly with patients, insurers, and internal teams.

Qualified candidates bring 1+ year billing or collections experience, strong analytic skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred; college courses in finance, business or health insurance are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year hospital or professional billing and/or collections experience with customer service and call center experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries, concerns and issues in patient financial services.
• Follow up on accounts to ensure payment and resolution within revenue cycle policies.
• Deescalate issues quickly and communicate clearly with patients, insurers and internal teams.
• Negotiate and document payment plans within established policies.
• Maintain accurate data entry and document standards; monitor work queues for timely resolution.
