Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyze patient inquiries and payor issues.
• Resolve accounts to ensure payment and resolution.
• Follow up on accounts to bring them to final resolution.
• Communicate with patients and insurers to collect on outstanding balances.
• Negotiate and document payment plans within policy.
